It may require verification information from the card-issuer prior to dispatch of any goods.BrickCityGold.Com also reserves the right to hold shipping of any ordered product. Returns
If the item that you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may choose to return it within 14 days of receiving the item and get a refund on the item which will be subject to specific fees below. Shipping and insurance costs for the item will not be refunded. A restocking fee of 20% on items over $300 .00. Under $300.00, it is $45.00 restocking fee.
All items which have been returned will be inspected to determine any use or if any modifications were made. Returned items have already underwent considerable use or modification (such as ring re-sizing), this disqualifies the buyer from a refund and it shall not be issued and the purchased item will be sent back to buyer. Returns with our merchandise are quite rare as we take great means to provide you merchandise the best possible way. In any case, we guarantee that we are going to do our best to give you the shopping experience that’s all about you.
Please DO NOT send items back to us for return after 14 days. If you do, we will hold on to your package until you pay re-shipping back; $15 for anywhere in the Continental USA and $50 for any international shipments, additionally all thes ages will be sent via USPS priority mail.

When you purchase an item through our shopping cart system, you will have the option of paying with a VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover card. However we do accept other types of payments such as: Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer, Google Check Out & Pay Pal Check Out.

IMPORTANT: In some rare cases, credit card payments will have to be verified. Whenever we determine that card verification is necessary, our representative will call you shortly after we receive your payment to verify some key information, such as your shipping address. Shipping
- Items usually ship USPS Ground within 2 days of purchase. If we have to size a ring for you, it will take another 2 days.
- Your item is guaranteed to be shipped within 12 days of your purchase.
- If your item is not shipped within 12 days of purchase, you may request an instant refund of the purchase price and the shipping fee. When the item does ship but only after 12 days, it will be express delivered at no extra charge.
- If you need an item by a certain date, this can be arranged. Please call any of our Customer Representatives if you wish to make this type of request.
- We ship WORLD-WIDE; contact us for the rates.

Warranty
- BrickCityGold.Com offers a 6-month, in-house warranty for free on all diamond jewelry purchased from us. For instance, if you happened to drop your diamond jewelry and a diamond fell out, we will fix it for free.
- Even after your warranty expires, we will stand behind our merchandise; just give us a call and we can make any repair you may need for the minimum cost possible, regardless of how the jewelry was damaged. This warranty is a priceless value! It’s yours free because we value our customers!!!
Appraisal
- Before shipment, your purchased merchandise will be appraised and certified by a BrickCityGold jewelry expert. Your appraisal will include all the specifics of your item—such as carat weight, gram weight, diamond grade, current market value, and more. Your appraisal will also be stamped with our company’s corporate stamp, making it an official Brick City Gold Inc corporate document. This appraisal is an $150. value! But it’s yours FREE because we value our customers!!!
